Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applicable to all bookings made through www.tripszo.in
At TripsZo β B2V Travels LLP, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth operations for every trip we organize. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance traveler convenience with essential planning and logistics.
π§Ύ Booking Advance
All advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable under any condition.
ποΈ Cancellations for Short Trips (Duration: 1 to 3 Days)

π Participant Replacement / Transfer Option
If you're unable to join the trip and wish to transfer your booking to someone else, we allow replacements under the following conditions:
The booking must be fully paid
Request must be made at least 7 days before the trip departure
Any non-transferable components (e.g. cabs/train/Volvo bookings) will be cancelled and may incur additional charges
Note: We are not responsible for third-party non-refundable bookings.
π© How to Cancel a Booking
All cancellation or modification requests must be emailed to

Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
Always reply to your original booking confirmation email when requesting a cancellation.
πΈ Refund Process & Deductions
Refunds (if applicable) are processed/credit in the form of Trip Credit Notes/UPI/Cash only within 7-8 business working days.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
2.5% Payment Gateway Fee and 5% GST are applicable on the total amount and are non-refundable.
If the payment was made via UPI, gateway charges are waived.
Refund credit notes will be issued within 3 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
β οΈ Cancellations by TripsZo
In rare situations, TripsZo may cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons such as:
Weather disruptions
Political unrest or government restrictions
Insufficient number of participants
Natural calamities or other force majeure events
In such cases:
You will receive a full trip credit note, valid for 12 months
No cash refunds will be issued
Credit notes can ONLY be used for future bookings with TripsZo
β No Refund in the Following Cases:
Voluntary dropout or mid-trip exit by the traveler
Missed transportation due to delays or no-show
Any part of the itinerary missed due to personal reasons
Unused services (e.g., meals, stays, activities)
Additional expenses incurred due to delays, strikes, or weather-related disruptions

All cancellations are subject to the above policy only.
Refund policies differ from third-party travel partners like airlines, buses, or trains.
TripsZo reserves the right to alter or update this policy without prior notice.
